3r3r is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Age verification is mandatory at registration. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
Each player may hold only one 3r3r account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all associated bonuses voided. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.
All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. Supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
3r3r employs automated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, collusion, and bonus abuse. Any account found engaged in fraudulent activity will be suspended and reported to the relevant licensing authority.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3r3r holds its international gaming licence. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before any court proceedings are initiated.

Access to and use of the 3r3r Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Company conducts mandatory age verification (KYC) for all Accounts. Any Account where the registered user is found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. The Company employs technical measures to detect duplicate registrations, including matching of device identifiers, payment method details, and IP addresses. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all such Accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any Bonus Funds voided. Real-money deposits on secondary Accounts may be returned at the Company's sole discretion.
The Company reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend Accounts from territories where the provision of online gaming services is specifically prohibited under applicable law. It is the Player's responsibility to verify their legal status before registering. The Company makes no warranty that the Platform is accessible or appropriate for use in every location.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another Player's Account for any purpose.
The Company strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 3r3r will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.
You agree to notify 3r3r immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security requirements set out in this section.
The Company reserves the right to suspend your Account temporarily if it suspects that your Account has been compromised, pending verification of your identity and resolution of the security concern.
3r3r processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard Account terms, though the Company may apply transaction limits in connection with its anti-money-laundering obligations. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The Company does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit. This same-source policy is a mandatory anti-money-laundering requirement and cannot be waived. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
The Company may require identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 calendar days of a verification request will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the Account Balance.
All Account Balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion takes place. Players do not incur any foreign exchange risk or conversion markup when using 3r3r.
From time to time, 3r3r offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other promotional offers to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, eligible games or markets, wagering requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by product: sports bets generally contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while casino games may contribute at lower rates as specified in the promotion detail page.
The Company employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent, systematic exploitation of bonus terms across multiple accounts or in coordination with other players, and placing bets that violate the spirit of a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to suspend the Account pending investigation.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on the 3r3r sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. The Company's sports betting rules, including settlement rules for individual markets, are published in the Help section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager.
The Company reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where the requested stake exceeds applicable market limits or where the Company suspects an integrity concern. A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed with a unique bet reference number displayed on screen and sent to the Player's registered contact details.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are clearly erroneous (including but not limited to system errors, data feed errors, and pricing mistakes that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect), the Company reserves the right to void such bets and return the original stake to the Player's Account Balance. The Company will not profit from its own errors, and where bets are voided under this provision, the original stake will always be returned.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected cricket, baseball, and other sporting events. The Company applies a brief delay between the request to place an in-play bet and its acceptance to minimise the risk of manipulation. Players acknowledge that in-play markets can be suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
A bet may be declared void by the Company in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond applicable deferral periods; incomplete events where settlement cannot be determined; verified data feed errors; and any other circumstance provided for in the applicable sport-specific betting rules. Stakes on void bets are returned to the Account Balance in full.
The 3r3r casino product, including live dealer tables and slot games, is provided in partnership with internationally certified game studios. All games offered on the Platform have been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages published in the game information panels reflect the independently verified figures for each title.
Players acknowledge that all casino games involve an element of chance and that the outcome of any individual game session cannot be predicted or guaranteed. Past results do not influence future outcomes. The Company makes no representation regarding the likelihood of winning in any game or over any session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the Company's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3r3r and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Company collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
3r3r is committed to protecting the privacy of all Pakistani players. Personal data is used solely for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming compliance, and improving the Platform experience. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your Account Balance before closing your Account. These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3r3r holds its international gaming licence.
In the event of any dispute between you and the Company arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
